1. Delivery Overview
We aim to deliver your SBProSport goods as quickly and securely as possible, whilst keeping costs low. All domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail as long as they are within the 2kg weight limit. International orders are sent via Royal Mail's International Tracked Service. Orders must be placed by 12 noon Monday - Friday to guarantee we have enough time to process the order and despatch it to you.
2. Delivery Times
We aim to despatch your item within one working day of your order being placed (Monday - Friday). From despatch, the estimated standard delivery times (as per Royal Mail's delivery schedule) are as follows, although these can be extended during busy periods (eg. Black Friday/Christmas):
- UK Standard - 2 - 3 working days
- Express - Tracked 24 - 1-2 working Days
- Next Day - Special Delivery by 1pm - Next Day (Mon-Fri)
- Europe & BFPO - 3 - 5 working days
- Rest of World - 7-10 working days
Please note that Royal Mail does not normally deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays.

3. Shipping Costs
- UK Standard - 2nd Class/Royal Mail 48 - £2.00 (FREE Over £50)
- Express - Tracked 24 (1-2 Days) - £4.95
- Next Day - Special Delivery by 1pm - £7.95
- European Standard - Royal Mail International Tracked - £9.95
- Rest of World - Royal Mail International Tracked - £14.95
4. International Delivery
Our international delivery costs are based on a maximum weight of 1kg. This will be sufficient to cover most typical orders of 3-4 items. However, should the weight of the package exceed 1kg then we reserve the right to increase the delivery charge accordingly. In the event that this occurs we will contact you prior to despatching the item. The maximum weight we can send via Royal Mail is 2kg.
Our international orders are despatched on a duty unpaid basis. Unless otherwise stated, all items are shipped from the United Kingdom and may incur duty & other charges upon entering other countries. Any duty, clearance, tax or carrier charges must be borne by the recipient and we will not accept liability for any such costs. Please check with the relevant authorities of the country in question before placing an order.
5. Returns
This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.
5.1 Cooling off period
You have the right to return the product (in it's original state with all tags attached) within 14 days from receipt of your order and receive a full refund for the item/s being returned. Please note, Express / Next day postage options are not refundable.
5.2 Cancellation
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us via email Hello@sbprosport.co.uk or by phone 0114 3216114 as soon as possible quoting your order number. Providing the order has not already been despatched we will make any changes requested. However, if the order has already been processed this will not be possible, in this instance please follow the normal returns procedure.
5.3 Unwanted Products - Refund or Exchange
If you change your mind about your purchase, please return the unused goods to us with the original packaging and all tags attached within 30 days and we will offer you an exchange or a refund. Please pop the original despatch note in and advise us what you wish to do and the reason for return.
5.4 Sale Items
Sale items should be returned within 7 days of receipt. This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair or compensation where the goods are faulty.
5.5 Faulty/Not as Described Items
Every item we sell is inspected before it is shipped, however occasionaly manufacturing defects may exist or items may be damaged in transit. If on receipt the merchandise is defective or damaged please contact us immediately at Hello@sbprosport.co.uk. Should an item need to be returned as it is faulty or defective then we will reimburse your return postage costs.
5.6 How to Return an Item
To start a return, please manage through your account by clicking here: Customer Account
and follow these instructions:
- Log in to your account:
1.1 In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2.1 In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3.1 Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
- If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
- Click Request return.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us so for your own protection we strongly recommend that you send the parcel using a recorded/tracked delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We cannot refund return items lost in the post. Unfortunately we will not be able to refund any postage costs incurred by the customer when returning items to us.
